Free support via e-mail

Technical support for FirstReport Lite™ is available for free via e-mail. We will be happy to respond to e-mail questions (hopefully within a day or two). If you have a question,
click here and we'll get back to you with an answer. We will also post answers to the FAQ page.

Telephone technical support for FirstReport Lite™ is not available. This shouldn't be a problem because the software is so easy you shouldn't need it. (We do offer toll-free telephone support for FirstReport™ at no charge.) If you have an emergency or are REALLY impatient, we will make an exception in exchange for a $25 gift certificate to The Palm Restaurant in Charlotte, NC. Our overworked staff does appreciate a good steak.
