Where can I find
detailed information about OSHA recordkeeping requirements?

OSHA's web site. The entire text of OSHA's official Recordkeeping
Guidlines book is available in the technical links section of the OSHA
site under the heading for Recordkeeping.
Will FirstReport Lite™ work if I have more than 10
recordable incidents per year?
Not
after the tenth incident. FirstReport Lite™ will only
record ten
incidents per calendar year. (FirstReport™ for OSHA will handle
an
unlimited number of recordable incidents.)
My organization usually doesn't have 10 incidents per
year. What if I start using the program, and end up with more than 10
recordable incidents?
You will need to transpose your records onto a 200 log
by hand, or buy some software. (FirstReport™ for OSHA would be a
good choice.)
Will the program work for more than one year?
Yes.
You can keep records for several calendar years as long as there are no
more than 10 recordable incidents per year. OSHA requires you to keep
your logs on hand for 5 years.
What if I need to compile logs for more than one
location? Can I use more than one copy of FirstReport Lite™?
No.
You will violate your license if your organization uses more than one
copy of FirstReport Lite™. Try FirstReport™ for OSHA. It
will handle an
unlimited number of locations.
